Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workflow and ensure optimal utilization of available resources
• Maintain and organize database of all past and ongoing projects
• Lead and manage the design team effectively
• Onboard and train new team members
• Maintain and update project database for easy access and tracking
• Allocate new design inquiries based on team workload and expertise
• Address and resolve queries from internal teams and external customers
• Monitor and review team performance to ensure efficiency and quality

Required Skills:

• High proficiency in AutoCAD
• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities
