Job Description

1. Design, develop, and test integrated mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation systems.

2. Create machine concepts, 3D models, engineering drawings, and prototype assemblies.

3. Select motors, sensors, controllers, actuators, cameras, and other suitable components.

4. Develop PLC, microcontroller, Raspberry Pi, and embedded-system control programs.

5. Design electrical panels, wiring diagrams, power circuits, and safety interlocks.

6. Integrate machine vision, robotics, motion control, and industrial communication systems.

7. Perform system calibration, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance testing.

8. Coordinate with mechanical, electronics, software, production, and quality-control teams.

9. Prepare technical documentation, bills of materials, test reports, and user manuals.

10. Support machine installation, customer demonstrations, operator training, and continuous product improvement.
