Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

Record financial transactions and maintain up-to-date books in the accounting system.

Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.

Follow up on outstanding receivables and support timely collections.

Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory data preparation.

Support month-end close and maintain organised financial documentation.

Skills & Competencies

Solid accounting fundamentals and data-entry accuracy

Familiarity with GST, TDS and invoicing

Comfort with accounting software, Zoho Books preferred

Detail-oriented, organised and reliable

Good follow-up and coordination skills for collections
