Job Description

  • Handle B2B clients and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Manage client inquiries, complaints, feedback, and queries.
  • Follow up with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Maintain client details, interaction records, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports on client interactions and follow-ups.
