Telecaller

AAROVAAN PVT. LTD. is looking for a confident, professional, and target-oriented Telecaller to support our business development and customer relationship activities in the diamond and diamond jewelry industry.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating business leads, following up with existing clients, and introducing our diamond and jewelry manufacturing services to retailers, wholesalers, jewelry brands, and international buyers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified business leads.
• Introduce the company's diamond, lab-grown diamond, and diamond-studded jewelry products and services.
• Contact jewelry retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and prospective B2B buyers.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, customer requirements, and pending orders.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and lead status reports.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
• Communicate professionally with domestic and international customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and manufacturing teams to understand product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups.
• Work towards daily calling targets, lead generation goals, and sales conversion targets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and customer database management.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English and Hindi; Gujarati is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
• Experience in the diamond, jewelry, or luxury goods industry will be an advantage.

• Professional telephone etiquette and a customer-first approach.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and maintaining daily reports.
