Account Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Accounts & Business Support Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, GST/TDS-related work, customer coordination and payment follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have good accounting knowledge along with strong spoken and written English, as the role involves regular communication with customers, vendors, management and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting, billing and invoicing.
• Manage GST, TDS and basic accounting compliance.
• Handle Tally, Excel and customer/vendor ledgers.
• Track outstanding payments and regularly follow up with customers.
• Draft professional emails and communicate with customers/vendors.
• Prepare quotations, statements and basic MIS reports.
• Coordinate with management, customers and CA/accounting consultants.

Requirements

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST and TDS.
• Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Confident in phone communication and payment follow-ups.
• Good communication, follow-up skills and professional attitude.
• Experience in a B2B/industrial/service company preferred.
