Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to handle our business accounts and financial records. The candidate should be organized, honest, and able to manage daily accounting work accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and books of accounts
- Handle billing, invoicing, and voucher entries
- Prepare expense reports and monthly statements
- Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow records
- Track payments, receivables, and payables
- Assist with GST, tax filing, and compliance work
- Prepare reports for management
- Coordinate with the team for payment-related matters
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with Tally, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage data accurately
- Basic knowledge of GST and taxation
- Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred
- Previous accounting experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic English knowledge
