Job Description
Experienced HR Manager required for Divya Automobiles, Jhansi.
Responsibilities: • Recruitment, staff management and employee performance monitoring. • Attendance, leave, salary and incentive management. • Coordination with Sales, Finance, Accounts and Service departments. • Monitoring daily operations, vehicle deliveries and payment follow-ups. • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports. • Maintaining discipline, improving staff productivity and ensuring smooth business operations.
Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of HR/Administration experience. • Graduate/Post Graduate. • Good communication and leadership skills. • Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. • Ability to independently manage staff and daily operations.
Looking for a responsible candidate who can manage the team, take ownership and reduce the owner's day-to-day workload.
