Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Company: Namma AH Chits Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Shivamogga, Karnataka
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Objective
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Branch Manager/Sales Manager in achieving business targets, developing new customers, managing the sales team, and expanding Namma AH Chits' business in Shivamogga and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business through customer visits, references, field activities, and local market development.
- Promote AH Chits products and explain chit schemes, benefits, terms, and procedures to prospective customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop new customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into subscribers.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Track leads, conversions, collections, group business, and team performance.
- Submit regular performance updates to the Branch Manager/Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
