Store Executive

A Play Area Executive for a child play zone manages daily facility operations, supervises children's safety, and delivers customer service to parents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety and Supervision: Monitor the play zone actively to prevent accidents, enforce safety rules, and respond to minor injuries or emergencies.
• Customer Service: Welcome families, handle front-desk check-ins, manage entry bookings or payments, and answer inquiries about packages or birthday parties. [1]
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the play equipment, toys, and surrounding area remain clean, sanitized, and well-organized according to health standards.
• Activity Coordination: Engage children in fun, age-appropriate, and structured activities or games.

Parent Communication: Provide updates to parents or caregivers and resolve any customer concerns politely.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Skills: Strong communication, patience, multitasking ability, and a friendly, energetic personality.
• Knowledge: Basic computer literacy for record-keeping/software, plus basic first aid or CPR certification (preferred).
• Experience: Open to freshers or candidates with prior background in customer service, childcare, or recreation management.
