Job Description
A sales executive drives revenue by finding new customers, presenting products, and closing deals
Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Pitch products or services via phone, email, video calls, or face-to-face meetings.
- Product Presentations: Demonstrate features and explain how offerings solve specific customer problems.
- Negotiation and Closing: Discuss pricing, address objections, and finalize contracts.
- Relationship Management: Maintain contact with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- CRM Maintenance: Record all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client data in tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
