Receptionist Cum Computer Operator

We are looking for a smart, responsible and well-organised Receptionist & Computer Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle front-desk and reception duties.

Attend and respond to customer calls and enquiries professionally.

Welcome and assist customers/visitors.

Perform daily computer and data-entry work.

Maintain records, files and basic documentation.

Handle emails, WhatsApp messages and online communication.

Prepare documents, invoices and reports using MS Word/Excel.

Coordinate with the team for day-to-day office work.

Maintain a professional and organised office environment.

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Should be polite, confident and presentable.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work responsibly.

Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.

Preferred: Candidates who can communicate well in English and the local language.
