Gym Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Gym Trainer to guide members with their fitness routines, exercise techniques, and personal training programs. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for fitness and helping clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide gym members through proper exercise techniques and workout routines.
• Create basic workout plans based on individual fitness goals.
• Provide personal training sessions to clients.
• Monitor clients' progress and provide regular feedback.
• Demonstrate correct use of gym equipment and exercises.
• Ensure members follow proper safety and exercise procedures.
• Motivate clients and encourage consistency in their fitness routines.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
• Build strong relationships with personal training clients.
• Support gym operations and member engagement activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• English: Intermediate English

Shift

• Day Shift (Full-Time)

Salary

• ₹16,000 – ₹1,24,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000
• Personal Training Incentive: Additional earnings based on personal training; trainer can receive up to 50% share of personal training revenue.
