Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the clinic in managing day-to-day operations and execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient registrations, appointments, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
- Explain treatment procedures, package information to patients.
- Monitor daily appointments, sales, collections, and pending patient follow-ups.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and adherence to clinic protocols.
- Support billing, payment collection, documentation, and other administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Any graduate with minimum two years’ experience in the sales in a target-based environment
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Multitasking.
- Prior experience in healthcare, aesthetic, wellness, or similar service industry preferred.
