Marketing Director

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to drive revenue growth by directly engaging with high-value clients and closing high-stakes real estate sales. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, meeting clients face-to-face to present detailed information on our premium ventures and real estate projects, guiding them seamlessly from initial approach to final closing.

*Job Responsibilities:*

1. Handle prospective customers and explain the company's projects, including independent houses, duplex houses, residential plots and open plots.

2. Arrange and accompany customers on project site visits.

3. Clearly explain project details, specifications, pricing, location and benefits to customers.

4. Politely follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into successful sales.

5. Handle customer queries, negotiations and support finalization of property deals.

6. Maintain and regularly update customer databases, including new enquiries, interested customers, site visits and follow-up status.

7. Coordinate with the sales and management teams to achieve monthly sales targets.

8. Develop effective marketing strategies to generate new enquiries and improve sales.

9. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure professional communication throughout the sales process.

10. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management on customer feedback and sales progress.

Salary Package: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, based on experience and skills, along with attractive performance-based sales incentives.
