Job Description
Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of factory equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults in machines, panels, motors, and control systems.
Perform motor wiring, panel wiring, cable termination, and electrical connections.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
Check and maintain MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, sensors, and control panels.
Read and understand basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Identify electrical breakdowns and take immediate corrective action to minimize machine downtime.
Maintain and inspect motors, pumps, lighting systems, DBs, and other factory electrical systems.
Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and factory safety standards.
Maintain maintenance records and report electrical issues to the supervisor.
Support the maintenance team during machine installation, commissioning, and breakdown maintenance.
ITI – Electrician (NCVT/SCVT)
Apprenticeship/NAC & Wireman License preferred
Basic knowledge of PLC and industrial automation is an advantage
