Job Description

Responsible for QA/QC inspection of UHP Stainless Steel, PVDF, PPH, and Copper piping systems for semiconductor projects.

  • Inspect orbital welding, TIG/GTAW, fusion welding, brazing, installation, and testing activities.
  • Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, WPS/PQR, SEMI standards, client requirements, and cleanliness protocols.
  • Review weld/fusion records, material traceability, inspection reports, NCRs, and testing documentation.
  • Witness pressure, leak, flushing, cleaning, and passivation activities and support commissioning/turnover.
  • Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Welding/related field with 5–8 years QA/QC experience, including 3+ years in semiconductor/high-tech projects.
  • Knowledge of ASME B31.3, ASME IX, SEMI, ISO 9606; CSWIP/CWI certification preferred.
