Job Description

QUALITY ANALYST (QA)

Job Title: Quality Analyst – Collections

🎯 Job Purpose:

To ensure quality, compliance, and process adherence in customer interactions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor recorded/live calls
  • Evaluate calls based on quality parameters
  • Maintain quality scorecards
  • Provide feedback to agents and TLs
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
  • Ensure compliance with RBI/collection guidelines

📊 KPIs:

  • Quality score
  • Error reduction
  • Compliance adherence

🎓 Requirements:

  • 1–2 years QA experience in BPO/collections preferred/ freshers can also apply
  • 12th/ any Graduate
