Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions for our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance ,training & development, and overall HR operations across retail stores and corporate functions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningManage end-to-end recruitment for store operations, sales, warehouse, and corporate positions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract quality retail talent.
  • Coordinate interviews, selection, onboarding, and induction programs.
  • Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
  • Employee Relations & EngagementFoster a positive work culture and employee-friendly environment.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and retention initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and department heads.
