Billing & Planning Engineer

We are hiring a Billing & Planning Engineer for our ongoing construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, preparation of bills, quantity estimation, work scheduling and coordination with site teams for smooth execution of projects. The candidate must have good knowledge of preparation and verification of contractor/client bills, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, rate analysis and measurement of work executed at site. Experience in preparation of bills for Government Projects/Tenders, including running bills (RA Bills), final bills and compliance with government billing procedures, will be preferred. The candidate should also be able to study drawings, estimate quantities, maintain billing records and coordinate with accounts and project teams for timely submission and processing of bills.

Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project and Primavera will be an added advantage. Candidates from Civil Engineering background (B.Tech/Diploma Civil) with relevant experience in construction, infrastructure or government projects are preferred
