We work with businesses to provide marketplace support, seller account management, product listing solutions, marketing support, and other e-commerce growth services.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Graphic Designer who can join our growing team and take responsibility for creating high-quality visual content for our brand, clients, and marketing campaigns.

About the Role

As a Graphic Designer at ZTOC, you will work closely with the marketing, sales, account management, and management teams to create visually appealing and effective designs.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, typography, colour combinations, layouts, and branding, along with the ability to convert ideas and requirements into professional visual content.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects rather than repetitive design work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Marketing Designs

• Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, promotional creatives and campaign materials.
• Develop creatives for marketing campaigns, offers, announcements and company updates.
• Maintain consistency in the company’s visual identity across different platforms.

2. E-Commerce & Marketplace Creatives

• Create graphics related to Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Design product promotional creatives, banners, advertisements and marketplace-related marketing material.
• Create visually appealing product communication and promotional content.
• Work on designs that communicate product/service benefits clearly and effectively.

3. Branding & Company Communication

• Develop and maintain brand-consistent visual designs for ZTOC.
• Design brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, certificates, company documents and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in developing visual concepts for new campaigns and business initiatives.
• Ensure all designs follow the company’s branding guidelines.

4. Client Projects

• Create designs for ZTOC’s clients according to their individual brand identity and requirements.
• Understand client briefs and convert them into professional designs.
• Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality.
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

5. Video & Motion Content

• Create basic promotional videos, reels and short-form visual content where required.
• Edit simple videos and social media content.
• Add text, transitions, graphics and other visual elements to short-form videos.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics will be considered an advantage.

6. Collaboration

• Work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to understand client requirements.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and content requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding timelines, revisions and deliverables.
• Take feedback positively and continuously improve the quality of work.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
• Good sense of colour, typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Creativity and ability to develop fresh design concepts.
• Ability to understand a brief and translate it into an effective visual.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, trends and design techniques.

Software / Tools

Proficiency in one or more of the following:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva (Expert-level)
• CorelDRAW
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Figma

Important: Canva may be used as an additional design tool, but basic Canva/template-based designing alone will not be considered sufficient for this position. Candidates should have strong knowledge of professional graphic design principles and be capable of creating designs from scratch, including layouts, typography, colour combinations, image manipulation, branding and visual composition.

Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator is strongly preferred.

Candidates do not need to know every software listed above. Strong design fundamentals and proficiency in relevant tools are more important.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, advertising or social media design will have an advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends will be an added advantage.
• Basic video editing/motion graphics skills will be a plus.
