Hiring: Billing & Accounts Executive

Location: Lalpur, Ranchi

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

About the Role

iSteve Premium is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Executive to manage billing, daily accounts, payment reconciliation and inventory records at our Lalpur branch.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer billing and invoicing

• Maintain sales, cash, UPI and card records

• Perform daily payment reconciliation

• Maintain purchase, sales and expense records

• Maintain inventory and stock records

• Prepare daily closing reports

• Verify purchase/vendor bills

• Handle customer payment records, exchanges and refunds

• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports

• Assist with basic accounting and GST documentation

• Identify and report cash, billing or stock discrepancies

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts preferred

• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

• Basic accounting knowledge

• Tally/POS billing experience preferred

• Good numerical and communication skills

• Honest, responsible and detail-oriented

• Retail/electronics/mobile store experience is an advantage
