Job Description
1. Business Revenue Generation
- Drive primary and secondary sales through continuous engagement and follow-up with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure market coverage, product availability, and business growth across assigned territories.
2. Distributor Appointment & Expansion
- Identify and appoint new distributors in line with the annual business plan and market expansion requirements.
- Strengthen distribution reach to enhance market penetration and service levels.
3. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve month-on-month primary and secondary sales targets.
- Deliver assigned FBD targets.
- Ensure achievement of GDC and GDP targets in the respective territory.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.
4. Claims Management
- Ensure timely collection, verification, and submission of distributor and retailer claims.
- Maintain regular follow-up with channel partners for smooth and accurate claim processing.
5. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Foster long-term partnerships to drive business growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
