Job Description
Position: Sales Executive
Department: Sales
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate business opportunities.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads received from various sources and convert them into sales.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales performance.
- Update customer details, follow-up status, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Requirements:Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
