Job Description
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Procure raw materials, chemicals, and other required products.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Conduct field visits to meet vendors and verify product availability.
- Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and procurement reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery, quality, and payment terms.
- Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and documentation.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement.
