Job Locations:

• Rajkot, Gujarat
• Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh
• Haldwani, Uttarakhand
• Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through direct sales and customer sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Support loan documentation and customer onboarding.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain portfolio quality.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales experience in NBFC, Banking, MFI, Housing Finance, Mortgage, SME Loans, Insurance, or Education Sales.
• Minimum qualification: 10th / HSC / Diploma / Graduation.
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
• Must be comfortable with up to 100 km of daily field travel.
• Good communication skills and knowledge of the local language.
• Willingness to work in field sales and source customers directly.
