MIS Executive - Operations

Chakra E-Trans Pvt. Ltd. is pioneering Company in the field of managing Electric Bus Operations of Public Transport System (Govt. Projects). Company is having Pan India presence with Manpower strength of 1400+ employees. Head Office is situated at Nerul and have business set up in various states such as Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Haryana, Kerela,Odisha, Telangana.

Job Responsibilities :

Candidate with 2 - 3 years of experience in data management, reporting, system oversight,compliance, and providing strategic input for higher authorities. Should able to playsupportive role to Depot In-charge in administrative control of Depot.

• Prepare and maintain various MIS reports such as Daily Operation Reports (DORs),Daily Charging Reports (DCRs), KM Loss, Trip Loss, Daily Attendance etc.
• Ensure maintenance, servicing and upkeep of all the IT setup and recommend installation, upgradation of any digital/ computers/ Wi-Fi network/ hardware-software systems that may be crucial for smooth functioning of the Company
• Must conduct attendance / salary payout & staff expenses reconciliation of your Depot with the Head Office. You must file all the relevant vouchers and bills properly and submit the records to the Head Office every week / fortnight
• You must maintain accurate data of all the staff including drivers, as per authority requirements and get approval from necessary authority for any new joinee.
• Must ensure Statutory compliance, related to your Depot on necessary government Portals such as EPFO, ESIC, etc
• Maintain Advance & Penalties deductions records and reconcile the same on monthly basis.
• Ensure that set procedures and guidelines are religiously followed up for data processing and data access by other staff

• Graduate
