Job Description
Urgent Requirement: Senior Accountant
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Industry: Industrial Electrical Goods & Distribution
Key Responsibilities:
Core Accounting & Ledger Management: Day-to-day accounting, voucher entries, journal ledgers, aur balance sheet finalization.
Tally & ERP Operations: Tally Prime par billing, inventory matching, batch-wise tracking, aur reconciliation maintain karna.
Taxation & Compliance: GST calculation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filings, TDS deduction/filing, aur timely statutory compliance ensure karna.
Reconciliation: Bank statement reconciliation, debtor (clients) aur creditor (principals/vendors) ledger reconciliation regularly close karna.
Cash Flow & Receivables: Outstanding payments ki daily/weekly monitoring aur aging report taiyar karna taaki follow-ups timely ho sakein.
Reporting: Daily cash/bank balance aur weekly/monthly sales vs. collection MIS reports management ko submit karna.
Stock & Inventory Auditing: Physical stock aur system stock ke beech regular verification koordinat karna.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA.
Experience: 4 se 7 saal ka experience (Wholesale, Distribution, ya Industrial Goods trading background ko preference).
Technical Skills: Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 aur MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Sumifs) par strong command.
Tax Knowledge: GST rules, e-Invoicing, e-Way bills aur TDS compliance ki practical knowledge.
Attributes: High accuracy, integrity, aur team ke saath coordinative nature.
