Job Description
R.D Tech Infra is hiring candidates for Telecom Tower, Civil, Electrical and Solar Projects. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. The company provides 1 month of practical on-site training to freshers.
Candidates may be assigned responsibilities as a Site Technician, Site Supervisor or Site Incharge based on their skills, experience and training performance.
1. Civil Work
- Tower foundation work, excavation, concrete casting and curing.
- Solar panel structure foundation and installation support.
- Tower erection support, boundary work and site development.
- Labour supervision, material handling and quality checking.
2. Electrical & Technical Work
- Telecom tower maintenance and pole mount installation.
- Solar panel installation, commissioning and maintenance.
- DG (Diesel Generator) set installation and maintenance.
- Battery bank installation, replacement and maintenance.
- Earthing work, cable connections and power system maintenance.
- Assistance with SMPS/SLPS equipment and site power backup systems.
3. Role-Wise Responsibilities
Site Technician: Performs civil/electrical fieldwork, installation, maintenance, equipment replacement and technical support.
Site Supervisor: Manages daily site activities, labour deployment, material availability, attendance, work progress and safety compliance.
Site Incharge: Handles overall site execution, team coordination, project progress, quality checks, technical troubleshooting, commissioning and reporting.
Eligibility
Education: 12th pass and above candidates can apply.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- No prior experience is required for freshers willing to learn.
- ITI/Diploma in Civil or Electrical is an advantage but not mandatory for trainees.
- Candidates must be willing to travel and work at outdoor project sites.
