Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all walk-in customers professionally.
- Collect and record customer details, including name and contact number.
- Guide and escort customers to the appropriate department or division.
- Manage and follow up on all incoming leads and data.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the system.
- Handle leads generated through social media and scouting channels.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to improve customer conversion and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute customer engagement and retention campaigns.
- Analyze customer purchase behavior and generate actionable insights.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations efficiently
