Account Executive (Accounting)

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

Handle sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries.

Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit notes and credit notes.

Maintain cash and bank books and perform regular bank reconciliation.

Handle accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Prepare GST-related data, including sales/purchase records and reconciliation.

Assist in TDS calculations, deductions and related records.

Maintain ledger accounts and perform ledger reconciliation.

Verify bills, expenses and supporting documents before processing.

Assist in monthly closing, MIS and financial reports.

Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding account-related queries.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Support the Accounts Manager during audit, GST, TDS and statutory compliance activities.

Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.
