Job Overview
Easy Home Finance is looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to drive business growth across Prime Home Loans and Loan Against Property segments.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing market relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for Prime Home Loans and LAP.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, connectors, brokers, and other channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure proper customer follow-up and documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular MIS and sales reports.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 3-8 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Retail Assets, Housing Finance, Banking, or NBFC sales.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and customer segments.
- Experience in channel sales, direct sales, or DSA/connector management will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on business acquisition and achievement.
