*Salary:* ₹15,000/- per month

 About the Role

Golden Pools is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented *Telesales Executive* to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating enquiries, explaining our swimming pool construction and related services, and converting enquiries into sales opportunities.

 Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales enquiries.

* Follow up with existing leads and customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.

* Explain swimming pool construction, renovation, maintenance and related services.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

* Generate and maintain customer leads and follow-up records.

* Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales/site team.

* Follow up regularly with customers until enquiry conversion.

* Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.

* Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.

* Build good relationships with customers and provide professional service.

 Requirements

* 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

* Good communication skills in *English, Hindi and Marathi*.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Good convincing and negotiation skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

* Freshers can apply.

* Experience in telesales, telecalling, construction, real estate or related fields will be an advantage.
