Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan offers.
  • Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, EMI, and documentation requirements.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into loan applications.
  • Follow up with interested customers to complete the loan process.
  • Coordinate with the sales and loan processing teams.
  • Maintain customer details, call records, and daily sales reports.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Ensure professional communication and follow company policies.
