Telecalling Executive

Aadhar Ayurved is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain Ayurvedic treatments and wellness programs, and convert enquiries into consultations and appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Handle inbound enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp and digital campaigns.

- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable Ayurvedic treatments and programs.

- Convert leads into consultation appointments and treatment bookings.

- Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads.

- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and conversions in CRM/Excel.

- Explain treatment packages, offers, pricing and basic process details accurately.

- Coordinate with doctors, counsellors and branch teams for appointments.

- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/conversion targets.

- Reconnect with old/past patients for follow-up and new treatment opportunities.

- Provide daily sales and lead-conversion reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, healthcare sales, insurance, wellness or similar fields preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

- Excellent Marathi and Hindi communication is required.

- Basic English communication skills preferred.

- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Confident personality with a positive attitude.

- Comfortable working with sales targets.

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/Excel skills.

- Consultation appointments booked

- Appointment conversion rate

- Treatment/package conversion

- Follow-up completion rate

- Monthly revenue generated

Working Expectations

The candidate should be comfortable with a target-based sales environment and should demonstrate strong ownership of leads from the first call until appointment/booking conversion.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and previous sales performance.
