Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated and organized female candidate to handle telecalling, data management, client coordination, and vendor/technician assignment for surveys and installations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound telecalling to clients for follow-ups, inquiries, and updates
• Maintain calling data and update records accurately on a daily basis
• Coordinate with clients and Customers regarding surveys, installations, schedules, and requirements
• Assign vendors and technicians for site surveys and installation work
• Track job status and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain proper documentation and reports as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidate preferred
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM preferred)
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, coordination, or office operations
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
