Telecaller

Shreesha Landmark is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating qualified leads, scheduling property site visits, and building strong customer relationships to support the sales team. 

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and online inquiries.
• Explain property details, project features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

• Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to persuade customers and build rapport.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
