💼 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1-2 years in call centre/telecalling, with prior team-handling experience preferred

📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Nyati, Viman Nagar, Pune

🔹 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Team Lead to manage a team of 40–50 calling executives focused on lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills, along with good knowledge of MS Excel to track performance, monitor productivity, and achieve business targets.

🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

✅ 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

• Handle and supervise a team of 40–50 telecalling executives.

• Monitor daily activities, attendance, productivity, and individual performance.

• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members.

• Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐌𝐒 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Track team productivity, target achievement, and lead generation metrics using MS Excel.

• Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.

• Analyse data and share regular updates with management.

🛠️ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

• Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including data tracking and report preparation.

• Strong target orientation and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage a large team in a fast-paced call centre environment.

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

⭐ 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞

• Candidates with prior experience handling large telecalling or lead-generation teams are preferred.

• Experience in sales, telesales, customer acquisition, or outbound calling will be an advantage.
