Job Description

  1. Vendor Development: Identify, develop, and onboard new vendors for mechanical components and fabrication.
  2. Cost Optimization: Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate the best prices and payment terms.
  3. Supplier Management: Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
  4. Timely Procurement: Ensure materials are procured and delivered as per production requirements.
  5. Technical Evaluation: Understand engineering drawings, BOMs, and material specifications.
  6. Documentation & MIS: Maintain vendor databases, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, and cost-saving reports.
