Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and inquiries
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager for daily sales activities
  • Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
  • Update and maintain lead/customer records


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Sales/Telecalling experience preferred
