We are looking for a customer-focused and organized CRM Executive to manage our client relationships and ensure a smooth experience throughout the property buying journey. Your mission is to build strong customer relationships, handle queries and follow-ups, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely support that creates a positive and lasting customer experience. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.

• Manage regular customer follow-ups regarding property bookings, payments, and documentation.

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve customer requirements.

• Maintain and update accurate customer information in the CRM system.

• Coordinate and assist customers with documentation, agreements, payment schedules, and other property-related processes.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and documentation.

• Collect customer feedback and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly CRM/MIS reports.

• Ensure timely completion of customer-related activities and documentation.

• Maintain proper records of customer communication and follow-ups.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or Real Estate.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.

• Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.

• Candidate should be comfortable working from the office.
