Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on growing a strong channel partner (CP) network for Pune zone and driving sales through them.
• Channel Management -Sourcing Deals from Channel Partners for New Home Sales.
• Conducting regular CP meetings and periodically activating new CPs in the allocated micro-market
• Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs by providing support and maximize business from a set of identified channel partners and continuously adding to the base of engaged channel partners.
• Identifying the right sets of channel partners to work on focused projects.
• Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events
• Manage any complaints from the respective activated CPs.

Requirements

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ready to go on field. Self-vehicle (mandatory).
• Real estate experience working with a developer in channel partnering role will be added benefit.
• Minimum 1-4 years of experience working in an organization with minimum 1-2 appraisals in the same organization
