Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential clients, presenting property solutions, and closing deals. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and promoting Oneplusvastus portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition:

- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

2. Property Presentation:

- Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential.

- Conduct site visits and provide detailed information about the property, location, and amenities.

3. Sales Process Management:

- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.

- Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

4. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

5. Target Achievement:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.

6. Market Awareness:

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve sales strategies and campaigns.
