Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of a commercial high-rise building project. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in high-rise construction, project planning, execution, contractor management, consultant coordination, quality, safety, cost control, and timely project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete execution of a commercial high-rise construction project.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
• Manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure progress as per the approved schedule.
• Coordinate RCC, structural, architectural, finishing, façade, MEP, and external development works.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, material, machinery, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, PMC, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project cost, contractor bills, measurements, variations, and material consumption.
• Ensure compliance with approved quality standards and construction specifications.
• Ensure implementation of site safety policies and statutory requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and execution challenges and implement corrective/recovery plans.
• Conduct regular site and progress review meetings and provide project updates to management.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, schedules, and MIS.
• Drive timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and cost objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in real estate construction.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager handling high-rise construction projects.
• Proven experience in commercial high-rise building construction is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise construction methodologies and project execution.
• Experience in managing multiple contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, finishing, façade, and MEP coordination.
• Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, quality, and safety.
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
