Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Engineer responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes. The candidate will ensure efficient production operations, maintain quality standards, and optimize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

·       Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet targets

·       Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow

·       Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies

·       Coordinate with purchase, store, and quality teams

·       Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost

·       Maintain production reports and documentation

·       Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials

·       Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions

·       Maintain safety standards on the shop floor

Experience

• 1 To 5 years of sales experience in electrical, earthing, cable tray, or allied products
• Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered for junior roles

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in manufacturing industry (busbar, earthing, fabrication, etc.)
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
