Job Description
Maintain overall cleanliness, neatness, and hygiene of the office premises and workstations.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors.
Assist in day-to-day administrative errands, outdoor delivery/pickup of documents, parcels, and local office supplies.
Support team members with routine filing, basic document handling, and photocopying/printing when required.
Monitor pantry supplies, cleaning items, and basic stationery, notifying management before stocks run low.
Coordinate opening, closing, and securing the office space daily.
