Job Description
Job Location: Manjari Budruk / Hadapsar, Pune
Education: B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Microbiology
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day plant and production activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of production activities as per the production plan.
- Monitor manpower and allocate work responsibilities effectively.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure production processes follow company procedures, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor the proper usage of machinery, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain daily production records and operational reports.
- Identify operational issues and report them to the management.
- Ensure employees follow workplace discipline and safety procedures.
- Assist in improving productivity and minimizing material wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the production area.
