Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required in international chat process on dual concurrency.
  • 12th Pass can apply
  • Immediate Joiner Preferred
  • Ready to Relocate to Pune                                                                                                                                  
  • Age 18-44



Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer questions and requests via live chat in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Offer accurate and detailed information about a company's products and services to help customers make informed decisions. 
  • Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future reference and reporting. 
  • Strive to meet individual and team performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction levels.
