  • Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job openings and interviews.
  • Contact companies to identify hiring requirements and generate business leads.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups.
  • Build client relationships and support recruitment activities.
  • Maintain calling records and daily reports.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Interest in HR, recruitment, telecalling, or business development.

Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives.
