HR Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding)
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

2. Employee Management

• Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities

3. Payroll & Attendance

• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
• Coordinate with accounts team for salary processing
• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain statutory records and documentation

5. Performance Management

• Assist in performance appraisal processes
• Track employee performance and support improvement plans
